About the course "Mathematical models of natural science and technology"

Abstract: 

The article is devoted to the new course "Mathematical Models of Natural Science and Technology" created and taught by the author, the history of its origin and development, its content and program. The professional target orientation of the course as one of the integral parts of the education of an applied mathematician and, in part, specialists in other natural and applied sciences based on mathematics; the general scientific and ideological role of the course; relationships with humanitarian education and prospects are outlined.
