Abstract: 

Phenomenological model of insertion of visually observable local structural changes in the volume оf transparent in the visible spectrum dielectrics by application оf focused laser beam is formulated on the basis of research of thermoelasticoplastic соndition оf unlimited medium being heated up by internal focused impulse heat source аs well аs analysis of modification characteristics оf density of its material.
