Fundamentals of Synergetics. Course Program
The course "Fundamentals of Synergetics" has been taught at the Department of Quantum Electronics and Photonics of Tomsk State University since the 1996/97 academic year for students of radiophysics specializing in the physics of optical phenomena, and since the 1997/98 academic year for master's students of the radiophysics and chemistry departments of TSU. Lectures are accompanied by computational experiments: optical bistability, self-organization in a nonlinear ring interferometer, quantitative methods for analyzing structure formation, dynamic chaos in a laser, etc. The last version of the program was made in July 1997.
