Investigation of physics of main signal subharmonics generation in wide-band microwave amplifiers

Abstract:
The effect of subharmonic generation in а wide-band amplifier (amplifying schemes) is discovered and explored when microwave signal of main frequency is fed to the amplifier input. It is determined that main reason of this effect is the specificity of
beharmonical interaction in such schemes. The effective methods are found to provide stable operation of wide—band amplifiers of microwave signals and amplifying schemes.
