Abstract:

The possibilities of formation of а wave discharge in whistler frequency range in the Earth's ionosphere are showed experimentally. The. structure and dynamics of discharge are discussed. Data on perturbations stimulated by a modulated discharge in the near—Earth space are presented. The possibilities of using such а discharge as а low—frequency plasma antenna are demonstrated.
