Superconductivity – not fading electrical current in dissipative medium

Autors:
Klimontovich Yury Lvovich, Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract:

The basic stages of development of the theory of superconductivity are traced. From the given review follows, that, despite of remarkable successes, there isn‘t physical explanation of an opportunity of existence of not fading electrical current in dissipative medium. In present paper, one of possible explanations of this phenomenon is considered more detailed, than earlier. The existence of superconducting electrical current becomes possible due to occurrence of flicker noise and appropriate residual temporary correlations.
