Abstract: 

Part 1. Fundamentals, numerical implementation and model signals 

This paper attend to explain the mechanism of operation continuous wavelet analysis and possibility of its applications for investigation complex nonlinear oscillations. This work has been separated in several parts. In the first part base ideas of wavelet analysis and mathematical tools have been described. This works consists a lot of illustrations which allow obviously explain the main idea of wavelet analysis.
