Space charge influence to generation and amplification of a signal during interaction of electron beam and electromagnetic field close to the cutoff of slow wave structure

Abstract: 

Regimes of generation and amplification of a signal during interaction of electron beam and electromagnetic field close to the cutoff of slow wave structure are investigated taking into account space charge effect. Maps of parameters demonstrating different kinds behavior of the system were obtained. It was shown that space charge itself improves oscillations close to the high frequency cutoff of slow wave structure but makes hard them close to low frequency cutoff.
