Abstract:
Basic concepts are analysed, leading to the estimate τ=(0.2..0.3)τ_c, which expresses the discretization interval т through the correlation time τ_c. There are two time&mdash:scales, characterizing the correlation function of processes with spectrum, containing dominant frequency. Only the least scale can pretend to be chosen an τ_c, which is comparable with the period of dominant oscillations. Such choice answers the Kotelnikov theorem requirements.
