Locked modes effect in a microwave Gunn diode oscillator, working in a multifrequency mode

Abstract: 

With the help of а mathematical model of а microwave Gunn diode oscillator grounded on the equivalent network, in which one the features of actuation оf the diode coaxial keeper and the separation of resonant and output circuits are taken into account, known experimental regularity, including effects of a multiple oscillation and modes synchronization are described. The obtained calculation results well correlate with experimental data.
