Abstract:
Results of experimental research of multifrequency LF oscillation (arising in the microwave Gunn oscillatior feed circuit) influence on output signal spectrum of the Gunn oscillator are presented. Conditions of such oscillation excitation in the circuit of the oscillator are described theoretically. It was shown that the Gunn—oscillator output signal may be both predominantly amplitude—modulated and frequency—modulated.
