Abstract:

An output signal spectrum changings to Gunn oscillators for various power supply voltage were analyse for the first time оп the base of the Kirchhoff’s equations share solution with the non-stationary thermal balance equation. The mode of generation at power supply voltage, close to threshold, is circumscribed as the complex dynamic process, possessing random properties. Self-heating of а chip of the Gunn diode depending оп power supply voltage results or in а regularization of oscillations, or to origin of asynchronous oscillations and them chaotisation.
