Noise-induced transport of Brownian particles in system with spatially periodic flashing potencial

Abstract: 

In the present paper the problems of nonlinear Brownian motion ш а periodic non-symmetric flashing potential (ratchet) are considered. The analytical result and the result of analogue simulation are compared. Plots of average velocity versus frequercy are explained for periodic and stochastic (the binary noise) laws of potential flashing.
