Abstract:
We studied the chaotic bifurcation mechanisms in the laser model with a saturable absorber. It has been shown that nonzero steady-states eigenvalues influence on the specific dynamics in the multistability conditions, we investigated the asymptotic properties of the periodic regimes. We found that the chaotic regimes arise as a sequence of the period-doubling bifurcations, intermittence and heteroclinic bifurcation to the saddle-focus steady-state.
