Область научных интересов - динамический хаос, критические явления на пороге хаоса, сложная динамика нелинейных осцилляторов и автоколебательных систем с внешним периодическим воздействием в контексте сопоставления различных подходов к их описанию, синхронизация короткими импульсами и управление неустойчивыми режимами посредством коротких импульсов. Автор более 50 научных публикаций, из них около 20 статей в российских и зарубежных журналах.
